On our last day in Perth we decided to see the area from the river.

We took the train to Fremantle and travelled back to Perth on the ferry, as the 11.15 am ferry had a wine tasting.

It had rained very heavily during the night (1") but, apart from a very heavy shower as we arrived in Fremantle, the weather was sunny but very windy.

We had good views of the Maritime Museum from the river.
