Firstly we were taken to a harbour viewing area which had a 'regal' purple carpet which was very impressive. Purple is seen as unlucky to Italians, so Pavarotti refused to enter this part of the complex. Then we were taken into the concert hall which has wooden walls and ceiling. We also went into the opera theatre. Finally we were taken into the Jorn Utzen Room (the architect) with a tapestry designed by him.
