Today we left the east coast and headed west towards Launceston.

Our first stop was at Halls Falls. We walked through tall rain forest to the lookout for the top falls and then down steep steps to the bottom falls. After a while here we walked to the rock pools above the top falls and below the weir. We really enjoyed the walk and the falls - they were small and intimate and there was no-one else there.
